I am Iryna Izarova, Prof., Dr. Sc. (Law), at the Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv, Ukraine, where I have been a professor at the Department of Justice since 2011. I am also a researcher at the University for Continuing Education Krems in Austria in the Department of Legal Studies and International Relations.
I am Editor-in-Chief of Access to Justice in Eastern Europe, a peer-reviewed open access journal and chair of the Ukrainian Regional Chapter of the European Association of Science Editors. The journal, a member of COPE and ALPSP, is indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Drawing from my editorial experience, I am the Deputy Chair of the Coordination Center for publication of scientific periodical series Bulletin of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
I am actively involved in various professional associations, including ELI, IAPL and EAPIL, and contribute to the Science Council of my university and to several working groups of the Ministry of Education and Science.
