Prof. Kharlamova holds a Doctorate in Economics and serves as a Professor in the Department of Economic Cybernetics at the Faculty of Economics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She is a renowned expert in academic publishing, Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Regional Chapter of the European Association of Science Editors and Director of the Coordination Center for the Publication of the “Bulletin of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv”.
She is also a lead researcher on the project “Theoretical Foundations for Harmonizing Editorial Practices of Ukrainian Scholarly Publications with International Standards for the Competitive Integration of Ukraine into the European Open Science Area”, funded by the National Research Foundation of Ukraine. Prof. Kharlamova has worked as a managing editor of “Bulletin of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Economics” for over 7 years and is a member of editorial boards and review councils of more than 15 journals, 5 of which are indexed in scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science.
